05 civic si
stock k20a3
mods: fujita coldair, buddyclub raceheader, 2.5 midpipe, kpro, running k20a3highoctane.cal
so ive been playing around with kpro lately and ive noticed that primary o2 voltage has always been stuck at 0v, and o2 current has been stuck at -37.0mA. im not sure what normal readings are but i am still showing a reading for my a/f. I thought there might be a problem because i installed my raceheader, meaning i removed my cat, and i have not gotten a check engine light. obd-2 is still enabled. im not sure what kind of problem this might be causing. thanks.

Make sure that under Closed Loop parameters 'Closed Loop' is enabled and that no 02 sensor error codes are disabled.

closed loop is checked and the o2 disable codes are not, i noticed that the o2 readings were stuck at 0v even before i installed my header. im just worried that my a/f readings are not accurate.

you need to post a datalog and calibration

sorry to be such a noob, but how do i post my datalog? i did a thirdgear pull and my a/f seems pretty good but i have some lean areas. all my readinds change exept for my o2volts and o2current.

alright so today i hooked up a scan tool to my car, first a snapon ethos and then the snap on red brick. im confused at this point because i got no reading for RPM, MAP voltage, INJ(ms) battery voltage, alt %...blah blah, seems like all the sensors that show up on KPRO dont show up on any scan tool.
i was able to get a reading for air/fuel fluctuating from 14.3-14.7 using the scan tool. and a/f sensor(mA) was showing -127.5mA. heated secondary o2sensor was at 0v. so it seems like my o2sensor is working fine.
i also checked voltage at the sensor with the key on, i got 10v of reference voltage and 10v on heater control input, and i got a mA reading at the sensor output of 0.7mA
so at this point i dont know if my ecu cant properly read the o2sensor signal. but i have no idea haha

Post a datalog withthe car fully warmed up and idling and also part throttle driving.

spunk, i have the same issue as this gentleman.
would you be able to provide me with some answers/comment if i post my logs and kal as well?
I started a thread about this and was never asked to post such kals/logs.
Thanks...

Without datalogs and calibrations there is nothing we can do.

i sent you the links to the requested documents....
just lemme know, when you get a chance, why you think the Kpro is not receiving the voltage readings.

sorry for the delay but i did another dyno pull and tune the other day. i datalogged idle and cruise during 5th gear. i will post later tonight and hopefully it will give some clue to why i have no voltage readings.
