idle surges randomly...

so i believe the idle for the car is set at around 900rpm... pretty much it runs at 1100rpm and once the gas light comes on it will start hitting 900rpm idle speed... sometimes it sits and idles fine... then all of a sudden the tach will start to bounce up and down slighty... i give it a little gas... and it stops temporarily... drops to 500rpm then starts over again.... im curious if there is a vacuum leak from the manifold to the boost gauge considering how long it is or if the blow off valve is causing the leak... the bov is a greddy type rs... the vacuum inlet on the bov is slighty smaller than the vacuum line im using but the bov works fine and i sprayed some starter fluid around it and nothing happened... ive cleaned the iacv thoroughly and it didnt fix my problem... it made it better but still didnt completely fixed it... tps sits right at 1 at idle... could it possibly be air in the coolant? i refilled the coolant properly by pouring it in and letting the car get to temp with the cap off... the next day i took the cap off again and let it idle... some bubbles and radiator fluid spilled over the car everytime the idle would start fluctuating.... anyways i need some help ive tried almost everything... also maybe i should mention that when the idle speed starts suring the car starts to lean out ridiculously... i will try to get a datalog soon, but the calibration wont seem to dl... i think the tuner set the copyright bs on it...

- what sort of ECU you are using -PRB? or is it PRA on the stock type-s
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU (don't include what sort of rims you have nor stereo etc). Turbo kit... msd 3 bar map...750cc injectors... walbro 255lph (car ran fine NA with the 750's on with just a fuel trim adjust)
