Can't adjust TPS above 84%

my TPS reads 1v to 6v

I'm using the Read function within Scale TPS to try and set the 0 - 100% throttle.

With my foot off the pedal I press Read next to Minimum Reading and it sets the value to -0.22. Then I WOT and press Read next to Maximum Reading and it sets the value to 60.

Testing the throttle with these settings produces 0 - 84% throttle.

I cannot set the Maximum Reading below 60.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

adjust the TPS on the throttlebody.

You may also have to adjust your throttle cable if it is not fully opening the throttle plate.

Thanks for the reply - I still can't get the TPS to scale higher than 84%

I can hear the throttle plate click all the way open and close. This is the same throttle setup that read 0 - 100% TPS in the last version of Smanager. This problem arose after updating to 1.3.1

If I could adjust the "Maximum Reading" below 60 that would scale it closer to 100%.

The problem is not the software, it is your sensor. It either needs to be manual adjusted or replaced.
