Does the max speed of the turbo increase with rdx reflash

An increase in speed would make sense, because the reflash increases the boost in the upper rpm range when compared to stock. I am concerned about reliability.

To make more power the turbo will be rotating faster, but this does not affect reliability, as it is well short of the point where the compressor blades would fail.
