Could we get an IAT arming trigger for Water/Meth injection

I have been lookig into a water/meth injection kit and would like to arm it with Kpro. The nitrous parameters will work fine, but the addition of an IAT parameter would give the user the ability to arm the system only when temps were above a certain reading. I think this would work excellent for a N/A application, or supercharged application as well.
So what do you think???

i dont think u would want water/meth to be spraying on the IAT sensor itself now. Since w/m is supposed to cool the charge, even with nozzle mounted after the IAT, the IAT wont know how much cooler its running, so in that case, it would always be armed.

Also, in supercharger apps, i think u would want to measure compressor discharge temps, which would be hard.

I dont think the IAT parameter would be useful at all. Water/meth is used more to control detonation rather than cool IATs or CDT's. Increased timing is a benefit.

I don't think he is talking about spraying on the sensor - but only arming the input if the sensor is above a certain temp. It makes sense.

I ask about something similar several months ago - getting temp (IAT and or ECT) plus MAP control parameters for the Nitrous outputs as well as forcing the car to run open loop so the fuel doesn't get accidentally leaned out if you extend the closed loop parameters for better economy.

Nobody really responded back then - don't know if anything ever got incorporated into the latest Kmanager or not?

yes, i know what you mean.

but the IAT trigger stays armed, even if the w/m cools the charge after the IAT. The sensor will still see the 'hot' charge, and still be armed.
