K20A2 Miss-fire

Hi,
I have a K20A2 (totally stock) and a PRA K-Pro ecu installed in a kit-car, here in the UK.
The car is not road legal yet, but has previously been running fine - tested by driving the car on private land.
Today I started the car up, having not touched anything engine related, and the engine is very slightly missing when idling / running slightly elevated revs whilst static (I've not had opportunity to try the car under load).
The miss-fires are apparent due to increased vibration, and an occasional pop through the exhaust.
Fuel pressure (supplied by a Walbro 255 pump) is at 50psi, and so far as I can tell everything connected to the ECU is fine.
I've attached a datalog file, and hope that someone might be able to offer a suggestion as to what might be wrong / where I should direct my attention.
Many thanks,
John.
