H22a Part throttle hesitation

The car is idling fine however when I put the car under part throttle it bogs and dies. Ive check the tps % and by hand i opened the throttle and it was mechanically at around 50% until the % started going up from 0. And at WOT the TPS was only at 68%. I have read that you can adjust the tps however im unsure of how to do this exactly, it doesnt seem there is much room to move it for adjustment. Could this affect the bogging issue or since the car uses speed density it should be able to compensate using IAT and MAP. The car is untuned at this point running only on a basemap from Jeff Evans.

You dont have the nipple of the TPS in the groove of the throttle slot, common victim of noobs.
