k20z1 almost stock

im a noob but very excited i just got kpro. currently i have buddy club race header and K&N filter thats all no CAI. could someone tell me whats the best kal to use?

i would go with the k20z1 CAI kal and just tune A/F and for knock In WOT. just like in this link : http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=274704
