How much fuel did you have to add to the toda/tp setup and where (rpm range)? what was the target a/f value during tuning?

reason for questions - I'm looking to buy the toda reflash, currently i only have a tp. will soon add i/h/e. can't see the toda/tp header making much difference over the stock header/tp setup since most/all of the gains are from the tp and exhaust, none if any is from the header.

did you guys compare stock header/tp combo vs. toda header/tp?

The Toda header requires approx 10-15% more fuel from 4000-6000 rpm. Target AF is the same - approx 13.2:1.

The Toda header does not make much more power than the stock header because it runs lean. Coupled with the reflash there are much better gains from 4000-6000 rpm. Because of this is was hard to compare just the Toda header with stock header without the reflash to get the AF correct for the Toda header.

Thanks - how low did you test the vtec point w/ stock header & cat combo?

would be nice to see a dyno of stock header & tp tuned w/ 4.2k vtec..

how is the solution coming for DBW? will be nice to reprogram the DBW system...

Optimum VTEC with the stock header was set where the low and high speed cams torqur curves intersect - going lower did not make any gains.

thanks for the info. i have an A-13 ecu (37820-PZX-A13). Can you guys reflash the A-13?

I read that from the site already. Can you reflash the A13? What changes did honda make with A13 revision?

while i'm waiting, i found that the

'06 has the a09, a11, a12 and a13 ecu's
'07 have a11, a12 and a13
'08 have a14 ecu's

would be nice to know what the difference in revisions?
