o2 sensor not reading voltage

02 Si Civic
i had p0134 primary a/f sensor no activity, and p1298 ELD High voltage.
changed my primary o2 sensor for a Denso one, the recommended one.
Now i no longer have code p0134, but p1298 is still present, p0172 Fuel system too rich came on, and i am reading 0 volts from the Primary.
what do i do... i am burning an incredible amount of gas, and i need to fix this. no one seems to be able to understand
The garage is telling me they will check with their Kpro and see if it is reading. If it does, then there is a wiring issue with my kpro (?wtf...)
if it doesn't read, there is a wiring issue with my car?
we are going to check voltage at all pins for the primary o2 sensor...
Can anyone give me hand? tsts to do to eliminate possibilities?
Thank you

That is the best way to narrow down where the problem is.

ok. i want to take it step by step.
when i get it checked with the second Kpro unit (hopefuly with no problem), i will post the results. We are all a little confused here.
He told me hondata doesn't offer repair service or anything, so i would be extremely disappointed if there is an issue with my Kpro unit.
About the ELD code, would you know what it could be?
some had it disappear when they switched their Primary o2 sensor.
someone here had to replace his Fuel pump relay because it was burning?
some have to change a fuse that burned under the hood.
If the code comes on, then we can aggree it is definately a burnt or burning wire/fuse somewhere?

First read about engine swaps here:
http://www.hondata.com/techk20swaps.html
The ELD error is because the vehicle wiring is not supplying the ELD signal to the ECU. Disable OBDII functions or follow the factory manual to troubleshoot the ELD circuit.
The O2 sensor error is either from current incorrect wiring, past incorrect wiring damaging the ECU, or the incorrect o2 sensor damaging the ECU. Normally it is just the wiring currently in use. You cannot check voltage from the o2 sensor - it is current driven - so again you need to trace the wiring using the factory manual.

Thanks for the prompt answer.
I am still running my original engine and tranny, k20a3 however supercharged JRSC-race kit with the 440cc injectors with 90K kilometers on the odometer.
My o2 is reading 0 volts in the Kpro sensor window, with 0Ma, and my secondary is stuck reading 4 volts continuously.
We will swap the newer kpro next week and see if it reads.

Sorry, my mistake. I thought it was a swap.

just a quick update,
we installed 2 other kpros to check, just to be sure, and there is no voltage reading with all of them.
So my issue does not lie with the ECM.
it has to do with the wiring of the car. I have the orignial engine and harness still in, never took em out.
should be interesting hunting down this issue...

so is it the denso 234-9005 o2 sensor the problem ?
cause if you dont have a swap and a stock harness that was working before and that you tried 3 ecu
the problem looks to be 99% the o2 sensor
im asking cause i was about to order 3 denso 234-9005
to the hondata guru's
I know you told the right one is an ntk/ngk o2 sensor but all the k engines ive seen here came with a denso O2 stock....
i just dont know if the 234-9005 is a wideband... do you have any confirmation on that one ?
thanks

Honda may switch between multiple suppliers for o2 sensors. I'm not sure of the Denso part number - we always buy directly from Honda using the Honda part number.

i noticed in my datalogs, at certain times,(according to my kamanger sensors)my primary o2 voltage will read 0 v and -36.8 ma.... is that normal??

nah the Denso one is the right one. 234-9004 PRE CAT. Primary o2 sensor.

for k20a3. They have a Walker one, a little cheaper, and the Denso. I went with the Denso one, as i want to do things right, and do em once.
It is really a problem with the car wiring...
And i went to check my first couple datalogs when i had installed Kpro, and i noticed the sensors are not reading as well, so it is not the sensor the issue.
We even hoocked my new sensor to another Si (R in Canada) and it read fine...

its not 234-9004
its 234-9005
so you say it works perfect??

i see it on the site as 234-9004... for k20a3 civic Si 2002-2003
the sensor works well, we hoocked it up to another Si and it read fine.
but it doesn,t read while attached to my car. well, it is an issue with the car's wiring...i you are in Montreal, i did this with Rob from Laminar.
They have to troubleshoot my car wiring now... yey for me :x

yeah that seems to be my problem as well, i havent seen any other readings, you figure out your problem?
