I am new to this, but what I learned from listening to the Hondata guys at the SEMA show seminar was in 2d your map lines should not cross over each other. As soon as i down loaded it, I happened to open your high cam ign table and lines were crossing all over the place. I am going out on a limb here, sense I am no expert, but I don't think it should be like that. Also, related to the 2d lines crossing each other, your column 14, mbar 16.0, in the high cam ign table, the ign advance seems to be out of place. 41.50 at 16 lbs of boost? that's 2x more then the column before. On my car in that same column my timing is 22.25 stock sohc-v on pump gas, i tried up to 24 degrees and my engine started pinging, so 41.50 degrees leads me to believe that is a little too much, plus I think your timing should somewhat decrease as boost increases? That's just my thoughts. If I am wrong someone please correct me.

you know now that i think of it, i think thats why my block sleeve crack. I think i hit 16psi and the timing is so advance in that colum that i bet that what had happen. So you think i should lower the col.14 mbar16 by two of the previous colum

Personally, I would load in a stock map, expand it for boost tables, show 3 bar, make what ever adjustments to get it to drive below boost and idle good per your injectors then drive it real easy to a dyno. To me, I wouldn't know where to start fixing that map, even the fuel table 2d lines cross over each other.

OK... Was the pump or race gas? What was the fuel pressure like? Looks to me like unless you have a MUCH bigger turbo than you think or something is wrong with the fueling. There was a mighty big increase then it maxed out.

Did i get a corrupt download or does it show 41.50 degrees of timing at 16psi on the high cam?

Your cut wasnt set until 18.5psi and if that value is correct, timing was off as well.

Then the starting injector sizing being 310 and your new ones 780 are not rght as well.

its with pump gas (91)

fuel presure at 43psi

57 trim what it says on the snail and what do you mean "There was a mighty big increase then it maxed out. " you talking abut duty cycle?

no you didnt get a corrupt download its right, but i dont think he ajusted it because i wasnt doing 16 psi i was only doing 15 max

well my stock injectors were 240cc and the ones i have now are 780cc i dont know why he put 310 and 650cc, maybe someone can tel me why?

So million dollar question how would i start a new Calibration so i can street tune this joker?

You need to take it to a professional tuner and have it tuned on the dyno.

thats where i got this calibration from a tuner and its all jack up. And there on your dealers list

But was it actually tuned on the dyno, or was this just a basemap?
