im having this problem of not being able to pull my CEL code. i've talked to 2 different hondata dealers and they said opposite things. ones says i should be able to pull codes myself with the jumper, and the other says i CANT and i need to use a s200/s300 to pull it with datalogging.

can any of you guys call bull on one or the other?

You should be able to under most conditions, but in this case you can't, so the next step is to have a Dealer use their s200 to datalog and see if they can find out what the error is from. You could have a bad ecu.
