s2000 kpro

Post by dmramos »

im looking to upgrading my rsx kpro to s2000 kpro...what dealer does this upgrade??? also, i know the s2k has a narrowband o2 sensor that is read as secondary sensor by rsx ecu. if i buy an aftermarket wideband such as the plx one, i know i have to splice the analog output to eld input...my question is, will the tuning then be the same as if i was using the kpro in an rsx?

Any of our dealers should be able to sell you the upgrade but the ECU needs to come back here for modification.

You can use an aftermarket wideband and feed it into the ELD or secondary o2 sensor input.

The tuning is similar to the RSX except that without a built in wideband you'll be missing lean protection, and you don't need to tune every cam angle.

You must make all arrangements through a Hondata dealer.

as stated already - you must first purchase the upgrade then ship ecu to hondata. you should know this as a kpro owner. where did you purchase the rsx kpro?

you can purchase the upgrade from any hondata dealer. i would recommed purchasing the upgrade from crsx, just send them an email to ask for pricing. they are offering a 10% discount for the month of december.

crsx does not upgrade my rsx kpro to an s2000 kpro. i have only found dealers that offer an s2000 kpro from a stock ecu not an already existing rsx kpro...please tell me what dealer specifically i should go to...

crsx has extended their hondata sale. e-mail or call them - they will hook you up. or you can PM the owner via k20A2.

you previously stated i can feed the wideband output to the secondary o2 input on the ecu. this means i am replacing the narrowband sensor with a wideband correct? also, will i be able to run in closed loop if i replace the stock narrowband?

Only if you use the PLX which has both narrowband and wideband outputs and you hook the narrow band signal into the primary input.
