S300 won't recognize fuel map changes

I have tested 2 different boxes in 2 different cars. I can make changes to everything but the fuel and ignition tables. The program will allow me to make changes on the screen and uploading appears to be fine, but the car sees no changes that I make to the tables. I have tried this on version 1.2.7.0 and 1.3.1.0 . I have tried new maps. The secondary tables is shut off. The only way I see changes to the fuel table via looking at my wideband is to change the injector duty cycle in the fuel trim section which also changes the way the car runs obviously. Is my S300 program corrupted?

Make sure you have secondary tables UNCHECKED.

As it states originally, the secondary tables are shut off or unchecked. Thanks for the reply. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Where are you making sure that the secondary fuel tables are unchecked?

In the options folder the tables follow secondary is unchecked. I have the tables follow vtec and realtime update columns checked.
