Do you have the knock sensor disabled? Have you tried datalogging to see what the error code says?

Is the light on the interface box flashing or solid? Based on the fact that you have changed everything ecu and Hondata related and the problem still exists, it sounds like a wiring problem or problem with the cluster. Does the light go out at all or is it on whenever the key is on?

The light on the interface box is solid. The light goes out when the ignition is at number 2 then its constant when car is started and running.

I had a similar issue once... Turned out that the chip was not burned correctly. Do you get the same results when using the ostrich?

Datalog and check to see what you have the shiftlight set to.

The shift light wasn't installed

not having a separate shiftlight installed has nothing to do with checking the settings I have suggested. Please check to see what you have the shiftlight set to. If it has been set below what your car idles at, the CEL will always be illuminated.

Just tap a wire between D6 and A4. The B16B don't have the vtec pressure switch.

why would you do that when you can just disable by checking a box in hondata?
