My buddy is trying to use his compaq laptop and it will not go online. aso i did everything that the trouble shotting says to do but it start to find it then ask for the disk slap the disc in and no work ???

In Smanager, go to Help, and click contents. Under s300 installation, click on installing USB drivers and follow those directions.
