I am curious as to whether the stock 01 ITR map listed under New File is a fully tuned ITR map or an OBD2 rom dump or what.....

I loaded the map, but there is a medium idle surge, and the VTEC transition is very bad.
The motor all but bogs down right before VTEC. When it engages (seems just a little late), full power comes back and it is hauling balls.

It is the result of tuning an ITR. The calibrations are starting points only - all setups are different, so tuning is required.
