S300 Fresh No run solid red LED on USB coms port

Post by JDMCRX »

Hey guys.

Installed the S300 and all the jumpers and sockets in the the right locations. Problem im having is 1 Im getting a solid red light and the car will not run.

I can see the ECU online in the left corner of the HD screen. I can upload maps onto the ecu.

But the ecu is still in red and i can not see any sensors when i log into the HD screens. Anyone????

This is a EG coupe and a PR4 Ecu and S300

It's the socketing. Double check each pin for cold joints, bridged joints or any lifted tracks.

Red light means that the s300 cannot communicate with the ECU. If the car runs ok, then check that J1 is in place.

What versio of software are you using? What happens when you go to File, New and upload a new calibration to the ecu?
