Downloading program?

How do I download from a laptop to my car? I have the program in my laptop, the cable plugged in, but see no way to dump the info in the ECU????? Please help?
the bottom right corner should have the word 'online' to show you connected successfully, then go to menubar on top, "Online" to 'download' the maps from the ECU. It's below the upload menu item.
Or did you just got the unit, and there's no maps inside, because AFAIK you need to first upload one of the generic maps from the SManager, and it takes a while on the first time.
