Get more control over open / closed loop operation?

Would it be possible to make the ECU run open loop when the Nitrous Control is active? Right now, when the control goes active under closed loop conditions, it changes the A/F ratio for a second, then goes right back to 14.7:1 (I have a datalog if you are interested)

Making the ?open loop? happen in the background or adding a check box option to 'force open loop when active' in the Nitrous tabs would be great. This would allow the car to run under an expanded area of closed loop control, but we would still be able to control fuel when needed.

Ultimately, I would like to use one nitrous control to lean out the mix under very light throttle conditions. This seems to be good for about a 3-4 MPG increase, but right now, it basically requires turning closed loop completely off and tuning the whole curve manually.

Questions? Concerns? Discussion? I've posted this a couple of times, but don't seem to generate any response.

Is this something that could be incorporated into a future version of Kpro?
Or is it possible that it already does this, and I just don't have some parameter set correctly?

Seems like having open loop during the NOS activation would allow much better control open/closed loop operation and over the fuel and may save an engine or two if a nitrous guy happened to activate the parameter under closed loop. but didn't get the proper fuel enrichment.

Along the same lines, would it be possible to add a temperature parameter to the nitrous activation? Don't want to be hitting the nitrous when the engine is cold!
