Reading map from ECU onto smanager

Could anyone give me the simpletons guide to getting the map on my ecu, up on my laptop please. I dont seem to be able to find a way to donwload it from the ECU to the laptop!

Have car/ecu on, Smanager loaded, connect cable. Goto the menu bars uptop click "DATALOG", then "Download from ECU..."
