could i get some help here, somethings not right. no power

here is my kal...
i made 195whp when i was tuning, and the dyno was messing up brake wise. they fixed the problem, and that was not the culprit for the low number, i redynoed and hit 201whp.
i have a k24a1 with a t3-t61 turbo, and was kinda expecting something in the 350whp range...this is a major dissappointment, as i tuned it really well.
as another note, i still rape STIs and mustang cobras... so it just doesnt make sense. and i wanna trust their dyno, as they have a 600 rwhp cobra that they tuned and it hit 600rwhp...lol
is there something in my kal that is not right? i know that the cam angles are not that smooth, but the datalogs showed that it was getting to the correct angle in time...it moves faster than more think.
could this be caused by a mechanical problem? the shop said something about the head...maybe it could have a bent valve or something limiting power...but i did a compression test and it came out 175-160-159-160
i dont know what could be causing these low numbers...and i know there are a lot of smart tuners and engine builders out there, maybe one of u guys have an idea?
