Cant download current tune from ECU

My tuner used the 1.2.2.4 version of kmanager instead of the 1.2.2.8 availible from hondata to download and now I can't tweak my tune without loosing it :( Is there anywhere I can download version 1.2.2.4 so that i can edit my tune without loosing the current one?

What happens when you try to download it? Can you get your tuner to email you the file?

It just shows up as an error message saying that the version on the ECU needs to be updated in order to read. No I cannot get a hold of the tune :x

Friend of mine also has this problem he has a kal installed and can't pull it out cause its version 1.2.2.4 file he does not have a backup copy it gives a error message "access violation and module error" and numbers as soon as I get the screenshot I'll try to post it.

it seems to pull the info out untill the progress bar gets to the end the error appears and no file comes up in kmanager

Cause he wants to pull his old tune and he cant.

Useing 1.2.2.8 now
I'll Try to get the ecu info soon(will updating the firmware in ecu help)

Where can I find a copy of 1.2.2.4 to get the kal out then I can update to the latest kmanager.....

To above...

I fixed it....

I got a hold of 1.2.2.4 and was able to pull the tune out of the ecu just fine no ecu access violation errors or module errors.

I then uninstalled 1.2.2.4 and updated to current 1.2.2.8 and saved the kal in the new version of kmanager 1.2.2.8 and uploaded it back to ecu and everythings good now.....

Dont know why a new version of kmanager will not pull the old kal 1.2.2.4 out.
