- serial number of your K-Pro
1204
- the calibration (as an attachment)
attached
- a data log of a problem (as an attachment)
attached
- what sort of vehicle you have
RSX type S
- what sort of ECU you are using
K-pro upgrade from stock ecu
- anything about the car which has been modified from stock which may affect the ECU
CAI, Hondata IM gasket, IPS KSC cams & valve springs and retainers, other engine components is stock , JR SC @ 9 psi, SSR race header (no cat), Greddy 2 ? inch cat back.
- a specific description of the problem
Problem 1)
When I cruise at a rpm (let say 3000 <- my favourite cruising rpm) with very slight throttle like 2% (has to be very very light or the problem wont happen), the car jerks back and fore enough to move my head. Please refer to the data log. Set up a graph that shows RPM, MAP, and AF. You can find a bunch of high frequency AF change (like going from 11:1 to 20:1). For example, you can find it at 4:10, 4:30, 4:40, 6:30, and 9:40 minutes from the start of the data log.
Problem 2)
At 6:55 to 7:05 minutes into the data log, I brought the car to a stop and the rpm should just go from 1000 to 2000 like 5-6 times and it goes really low once (like to 650 rpm) before it settles down. Idle valve duty cycle adjustment is set high to prevent the car from stalling.
I have read this thread http://hondata.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7038.
but my problem is different from his, as the ecu didn't go in "open driving" or "open cold".
Anyone has any insight?
