Hi

I own a Honda Civic type R (k20) euro model.
Its 3 years old and have a kpro

I have just had a Rotrex supercharger fitted and had the VTEC point lowered to 3200RPM.

I have attemptedto riase the point but have been unsuccessful.

I can get a connection between my laptop and ecu as the message 'online' and ignition on' is registered. I have updated myUSB drivers and all tests show positive. However when i click on parameters and Vtec within the K manager software, the clickable boxes wherei should be able to change the RPM remain closed and fixed, ot allowing me to put anything in them.

My ecu is version 1.2.2.4 and the software is the most up to date version 1.2.2.8. Surely they are backwards compatible. I have also tried with version 1.2.2.4 that my supplier gave me when i had the kpro fitted.

Any clues chaps??

It sounds like a calibration is not being loaded. If you can, obtain the calibration from your tuner. Otherwise, use the online menu to download the calibration. Note that if the tuner has enabled security, you may not be able to download the calibration from the ECU.
