Crane stage two cams

Hi , has anyone got any ideas on cam timing settings these cams please?
93 type r b18c with mugen thin head gasket ,itb and dc header.

It should come with a cam card if bought brandnew..the card states the optimum settings for the specific cams you have..also, check your valve-to-piston clearance once you have the cam timing specs available since you're running a thin gasket..Goodluck!
