car cant pass 3500 then it starts to sound like it has a two step it's an obd 0 harness on a obd 1 disturbtor anyone knows

i had the same problem with my car all i did was change out the fuel filter,spark plugs,spark plug wires and that worked for me. try it out

can you get more info on the motor and car set up?

but i think you try to runa obd1 dizzy with a obd0 ecu? you will need to use the obd0 ignitor in the dizzy.
