What is wrong?

I originally was having a "daughter board communication error". This has now progressed to maybe a sensor problem.

Driving the car, CEL will come on (above mentioned error). When this happens the car will not accelerate when the gas pedal is pushed but it sounds like it's reving to the 4000rpm limit (in limp mode). The car just gradually coasts/decelerates like you have stepped of the gas. If you push the clutch in and put it in neutral then back in gear the problem disappears for a short period of time.

At one point, the car would accelerate very slowly from a stand still even though the gas pedal was WOT. CEL was on at this time too.

The car will sometimes stall if you stop and or just let it decelerate. The exhaust also "pops" when the CEL clicks on.

Is this a TPS issue or a tranny issue? I have OBDII disabled so nothing pops up other then the daughter error.

I appreciate all advise.

Step 1 is to read the error code.

There is no error code other then the "daughter board" error.

BTW, datalogging helps little since it cuts out everytime the error happens.
