RE4 and Ostrich 2.0

I need someone to explain to me how to hook up each piece of hardware and what I need to do with the software to get this stuff to work. THIS shouldn't be this difficult...it should just be plug and play. Explain as if I were the dumbest person you ever met! Thanks

The Ostrich 2 is different from the Ostrich 1, and is not currently supported by RE4. The next release of software will add support for the Ostrich 2.

A new version of RE4 has been released which does support the new Ostrich 2.
New version is 1.0.9.0
