Losing tune? Not sure. Click please

Well. customer brought me his car after 2 months of running perfect.

Brought it back because it was hitting lean protection. I pulled it in and reloaded the tune (after clearing securities) and went for a ride. Ran fine, after about 5 minutes of driving started running really really really lean again.

So, after new fuel pump (Stock to 255lph) I reloaded map again, and still the same thing. Runs fine, then goes lean... VERY lean (full load 6,000RPMs, 10psi 14.1+/- a few)

So, I downloaded the latest software on a NEW laptop. And loaded it up and did same thing. So I ditched the tune and ran just a basemap. Ran 11.5 for about 10 minutes. then STRAIGHT lean again.

Now this is the next couple things I want to try. A little checklist if you will.

1. Check OEM wideband against aftermarket wideband (Maybe its not really running lean?)
2. Check with known good working kpro unit/ecu. (Maybe IT IS losing its tune?)
3. Injectors. ( Last on my list because I don't have any RC 550's left in stock)
4. Whatever you guys suggest?

Thanks for looking, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Car is a 2003 EP3 with k20a3.
PNF ecu, don't have a saved datalog.

Sounds more like the o2 sensor may be dying. Usually when they die they read lean. Try verifying the readings with a another wideband or on the dyno with a wideband.
