Stuttering and Hard Cut

Hey everyone,
I've got a problem here that I can't quite put my finger on. My vehicle is a 2004 RSX Type S, obviously with the K20A2. My list of modifications are Skunk2 Stage 2 cams, Skunk2 valvetrain, port and polished head, ITR intake manifold, Skunk2 throttle body, Injen SRI, DC race header, Skunk2 exhaust and an ACT Stage 2 clutch with a Fidanza flywheel. The problem is that around 2500 rpm, the engine cuts out. It'll stutter and jerk like a newbie driving a manual. Sometimes it cuts out completely; it mainly happens while the engine is cold. I can hold the rpm stable at 2500 rpm and still reproduce the problem. It also does it as I am driving at low loads or cruising. Attached is my map and a datalog. It seems like the stuttering is the large dips. Any help in deciphering the datalog would be great. Thanks in advance.
