hondata s200 and wideband

my question is after i have tuned my car with a wideband o2 can i continue to use it with everyday driving or do i have to switch back to the stock o2 everytime i am done tuning?

You will need to switch back to the stock O2 sensor if you want to run in closed loop - the ECU expects to see the O2 voltage swing between 0 and 1 V as the mixture goes lean or rich. A wideband won't do this by default.
Some wideband sensor interface boxes have a narrowband emulation mode; if you have one of these, and want to put wear on your wideband sensor instead of the stock sensor, you can.
You say "everytime I'm done tuning"...but typically you use the wideband once to get your maps right, and never have to tune again unless you're frequently changing parts.
