Car still jerky?

Post by kurt »

I have tried both disabling/enabling fuel over-run settings and lowering overrun cutoff values but the car still jerks quite abit. Am attaching the logs for review, appreciate if someone could help out.

Two issues I noticed in this log:

1. Fuel status goes from 'Open - Driving' to 'Open - Cold' at 1180rpm, which is exactly where the rpm starts to rise (TPS is 0% all the way in this log).

2. Just after the first second, cam angles drop from 9 degrees (1135rpm) to 0 degrees (1052rpm). I am guessing that this is a contributing factor as well to the car's jerkiness.

Thanks.

To some degree you will always feel the injectors start up again when the over run cut off stops.

Reduce the ignition advance in the 1250 rpm row - look at the difference at the tables between 0 degrees cam angle and 10 degrees cam angle.
