Does it hurt the tuning if the air temp and iac don't work???
also it won't idle till warm up? any suggestion ... thanks

The water temperature sensor is very important. It is not worth even starting to tune a vehicle if the ECT sensor is broken. The IAC doesn't affect tuning, but obviously your car won't idle very well.
