Ok guys, 06 type-s. its not so much my idle.. if it sits... it idles fine.. its when i depress clutch.. it will dip, sometimes when i depress clutch idle will hang, even putting my windows down cause the idle to jump a few hundred rpms. sometimes it will hang around 1500 for a few secs, and sometimes it will dip down to like 650-700. my idle is set at 900. it never did anything like this before k-pro so that makes me think its not a vacuum leak. but i still will check. i did the cleaned the IAC, no help, and also made the adjustments in K-PRO, i.e. cam angles, ingnition etc. adjusting the slider doesnt do much except make it worse on way or another.
