Today i got my unlock code for the datalogging option i purchased, i used a descktop p/c (serial to serial) to enter the code and unlock datalogging. From there i changed my launch rpm's and my full throttle shift rpm, I then connected with the hondata to see if i could datalogg at idle, test the virtual dash ect. It connects with no issues and i try and start the car,(this is all within 5 min) and it turns over and starts but dies right away. I disconnect from the pc and try again, same thing. If i hold the revs high it will stay on longer but still die out, i disconnect the inteface cable and try and run on straight p28. i still get nothing. i had to work so went to work came back later and started the car and wow it starts, took it out the drive way and backed it in and noticed it was in limp mode with a rev limit at 4k. i open the ecu to look for a bad connection or solder and notice the brown wire from the inteface cable is pulled out so i put the cover back on the ecu and try and re pin the cable, i sumwhat get it in/fixed and try and start the car and i get the same starting then dying and have since gotten it to run on that ecu, had a GREAT freind bring over a nother good friends ctr ecu and the car fires right up. but the car is not likeing running un tuned and boggs and misses sumtimes.
Any help or advice whould be great before i get a nother p28 and have the interface cable chiped in.

So the car has not been tuned? IS the interface box flashing or solid? Who supplied your basemap?

The car has been dyno tuned on the map it was/is on, and has been running no issue for over 2 years now. the LED flashes slowly but the brown wire on the interface cable is pulled out ( what does the brown wire do?) if i have a friend hold the brown wire in the pin the LED stayes solid and the CEL goes away but the car still starts then died out almost instantly. even with the interface cable un-plugged it wont run, but it did one time before but now it wont. but i plug up the ctr ecu and it starts up and runs its just boggy and not right but will get the car home.

It sounds like either your chip is damaged, or the ecu is damaged. Even without the interface box, it should still read form the chip but rev limit to 4000 rpm.

That is what iv been told, at the beggining when i came home after the intial problome the car started and ran but had the rev limiter at 4k then i opened the ecu to look for a bad connection and noticed the brown wire pulled otu so i put the cover back on the ecu. then it would not start at all.

so a solid red light means something is wrong while a blinking red light means everything is fine?

You may have damaged something trying to "fix" the damaged wire. This is why we recommend replacing damaged interface cables as trying to repair them usually results in undesirable outcomes. At this point I would suggest contacting your dealer or tuner to have them try your system with a different ecu and use the process of elimination to determine what has been damaged.
