K24 Absolute Engine ( Pls Advise)

Currently, I am driving a 2006 2.0 Civic (FD-2 Auto, K20Z) Got an Offer to Put in the above engine, but does not come with ECU. Learn from Hondata website, K-Pro or K-100 do not support auto transmission. Is it true? Anyone can help me? Really interested to upgrade to the above engine.

The KPro does not support automatic transmissions. I also think the ECU is different from the DC5 ECU and cannot be used.
