Wondering if anyone could help me

I have a KPro'd Dc5 ITR with JRSC.

Had it around 1 month, absolutly fine, then I get a CEL

P0563 - unexpected voltage.

Ive done the Honda EP3 Troubleshooting for that code, and it pointed me to the main relays, which I have replaced, but still no joy..

Voltage at the battery is 12.8 and 14.6 with the engine running..

No one seems to have had this code :(

Pulling my hair out

Thanks in advance! If someone can help and finds the problem, i'll paypal them $25!!

Advanced Diagnostics

DTC P0563: Engine Control Module (ECM) Power Source Circuit Unexpected Voltage

General Description

If there is a short to ground in the harness between the engine control module (ECM) and PGM-FI main relay 1, PGM-FI
main relay 1 stays ON even though the ignition switch is OFF, and the ECM remains active. However, the engine is not running
because the power for the gauges, the ignition, and the fuel pump is switched OFF by the ignition switch. In this case, a
malfunction cannot be indicated because the ignition switch is in the OFF position, and the MIL will be turned on when the
ignition switch is turned ON the next time.
If the IG1 voltage is a specified value despite the ECM being in operation, a malfunction is detected and a DTC is stored.

Monitor Execution, Sequence, Duration, DTC Type

Execution Continuous
Sequence None
Duration 5 seconds or more
DTC Type One drive cycle, MIL ON

Enable Conditions

Condition Minimum Maximum
Battery voltage
(IGP terminal of ECM) 10.05 V —

Malfunction Threshold
The IG1 voltage is 2.0 V or less for at least 5 seconds while the ECM is in operation.

Diagnosis Details
Conditions for illuminating the MIL
If a malfunction is detected while the ignition switch is off, the DTC and the freeze frame data are stored in the ECM memory
and the MIL comes on the next time the ignition switch is turned on.
Conditions for clearing the MIL
The MIL will be cleared if the malfunction does not recur during three consecutive trips in which the diagnostic runs.
The MIL, the DTC, and the freeze frame data can be cleared by using the scan tool Clear command or by disconnecting the
battery.
