Shift Setting Problems

I have the Stage 3 B for my civic SI with a Max Rev turbo kit. I recently tried to setup the launch control and full throttle shift. It's not working at all. I press the button and no flashes. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? I preliminarily checked the wiring and it looks good so far. Any help would be appreciated.
