I have searched for this problem but know one had a solution that worked for me

Problem:
First Problem: When i start my car it idles up to about 1300-1400 rpms like it susposed to then it drops back down to like 1000 rpms where it goes up and down within about 200-300 rpms like i have a vaccum leak. I have search and search and i cant find a leak any where so i dont think its a vaccum leak. This happens with or without the IACV plugged up. When it finally stops surging it starts to misfire. I have no CEL's and i think it is missing on all the cylinders not just one.

Second Problem: My A/F leans out no matter how much fuel i give it. If I rev it up and hold it at any rpms it goes lean and breaks up. I have the correct compensations in my base map and it still doesnt run right. All Injectors and spark plugs are firing. I have changed my dizzy and problem still exsist. My cams and crank are all lined up, also valves are adjusted properly. I have tried another ecu and still the same problem. Tried to narrow it down to a cylinder but it seems to be doing it on all cylinders. It seems to me that something is pulling the fuel or something is not timed right. I can get a datalog file or a vid you you'll need it just let me know. I need help i cant figure this out and know one i know can either. The random thing is i have never gotten a check engine light. If anymore information is need just post it or pm me and i will give the info. I am going to do a leakdown test today to see if it can tell me anything

thats because thermostat hasn't fully opened yet. i have to finish getting the air out of the system

Update: Man this problem is weird, when i only run off of cylinders 2 & 3 or 1 & 4 my car runs fine. the a/f is stable and no misfiring but if i run off of 3 or more cylinders it starts to misfire and the A/F goes crazy. anyone ever heard of a problem like this?

First check that the ground on the thermostat housing is making good contact and a bolt with the correct sized washer has been used.

Next check the fuel line and banjo fitting on the fuel rail has the correct serated washers - otherwise the fuel flow will be very low. Also check the fuel flow by disconnecting the return line and measuring how long it takes to fill up a certain volume. With 750cc injectors you'd want it to flow about 6 litres per minute on the return line. Often you don't even need to measure it - if there is only a dribble of fuel from the return line, you have a problem.

Thermostat ground is good, washer is good no leaks, i will check the return line today when i get home

i checked my fpr and it is flowing the right amount of fuel

Have you taken the car to a Hondata dealer to be tuned yet?

My feeling is that there is a fuel supply problem or ignition problem. The calibration has 80% added to a 750cc setup, and the duration at idle (1.65ms) is higher then normal (1.2-1.3ms). You're going to have to find out by subsitution - try switching injectors, distributor etc.

One question - NGK BK7 plugs - should they not be BKR plugs? And a heat range colder than 7?

No havent gotten it tuned i have a tuner but dont think its in the tune

i have put a new dizzy, i dont have anymore injectors to try, it seems to be doing it on all cylinders, i am at my wits end. I have friends and family that know lots about cars and they cant figure it out either, its weird that when i only run on 2 cylinders it doesnt break-up or misfiring everything work ok but when i run it off of 3 or more it craps out. Could this be somekind of electrical problem? dont think a vac leak would cause a problem like this would it? The compression is good also
