I am having issues with my TPS. At idle it reads 0% but at WOT it only reads 98% what do I need to do to fix this?

First, the car will run fine if the TPS reads 98% at full throttle. It only needs to be over about 60%.
Second, you can adjust the TPS. Parameters->TPS->Scale TPS.

Thanks I got everything all figured out. My next question is how do you know if an injector or coil has gone bad? Will KPRO display the misfire code? Also what are symptoms of a fried ECU?

Are you having a problem? It's much easier to troubleshoot symptoms than to try to associate symptoms to a problem.

Well here is the thread I originally posted up
http://www.hondata.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6150
The car just sputters (loses power) and stays at 6k rpm for about 5-10 secs then shoots past it but gets cut off completely at 7500 rpm. I have a tuner working on my a/f but even with all the changes we make the problem persists in the exact same spots, so I am wondering if it is a mechanical/electrical issue rather than a tuning issue although I know the calibration can be cleaned up quite a bit. I checked the wire harness and all seems fine except for the vtec solenoid looks a little on the melted side would that cause the problem?
