Transferring map to a different ECU

I currently have a P28 with an S300 and PLX wideband controller that has been dyno tuned. I am going to have the part throttle tuning done as well, but I would like to know if I can take the P28 map and upload it to a P72 with an S300 or would I have to make significant changes to the fuel and ignition curves? Also, are there any issue that I should know about before attempting this?

Once used with the s300 all the ECUs will run the same. The difference is the outputs and inputs that some ecus have.
