rma number..

i was wandering if i could get a rma number without doing the troubleshoot.i dont have time to troubleshoot with you guys on the phone because i work from 11am till anywhere from 9-11pm est. unless you guys are open weekends iam busy all week.al i want done is swap the kpro out of a bad ecu into a good ecu..just wandering if i could do this because it would be helpful to me since i already know what i need..thanks

No, you must call and we must attempt to troubleshoot before giving an RMA number.
