i was wandering what the total cost would be for me to send out my ecu and get the kpro swapped out of an ecu that i beleive is fried into an ecu that i just bought...it seems that another member on here sent in 100 and it was done and i got a different price from some 1 else..just let me know asap so i can get this done..thanks

ok thats fine..i dont have to pay that diagnosis fee right..but i was also wandering if there is a way to get the rma number without having to go through with the troubleshooting?im only asking because my car is in the shop because i am putting this car back to stock but iam buying another car in like a week or 2 and want it for that car, but i dont want to wait the week or 2 to get it in that car and troubleshoot..i just want to get the krpo out of the bad ecu into the new ecu i just bought..thanks

We must attempt to troubleshoot over the phone before issueing an RMA number.
