Full Throttle Shift

Is there some way that we can get an activation RPM for the FTS to not come on before? The reason I'm asking is that any little touch of the clutch when racing, the FTS gets activated. I had a big problem with that when I went to the track this weekend. 1st to 2nd comes so freaking fast that you have no time to move your foot away from the clutch for the switch no to activate the FTS. So maybe if I set my shift light to 8700 rpms then I can set the FTS to maybe 8750 rpms. So by the time I get ready to shift, the FTS will be ready to go and no other time before that. Any help or input would really be appreciated. Thanks!

full throttle shift shouldn't be set to the max revs you want, it needs to be set to the rpm at which your engine drops to between shifts.

I know. The example I gave was the "what if we had an activation RPM" in which it won't be able to come on until a certain rpm. Say for instance I can push on the clutch and it won't activate until I hit 8750 RPMs. My reason being that sometimes people rest their foot on the clutch pedal activating the switch. So basically it won't activate until set rpm, and when activated, it will drop to the RPM you want. Something like that.
