H22A 1000cc injectors estimated chage fuel value?'s
I had my car tuned with the stock 310's last year, now I'm boosted "at least trying" and I installed the 1000cc injectors from precision. I changed the new injector size to 1000cc and when I datalog on the start of I look at the estimated fuel change graph and it's showing -35,-14,-39, and so on. The question is" Is this what it's lacking to run according to the preferred a/f ratio or is this what needs to be taken out then upload the changes to the ECU?" I tried to take it away then it started better but my incar wideband still reads lean on the initial start then I rev it and it goes to 13.8-14.2 then the car leans out briefly then dies. So do I add to reduce the negative numbers or is this telling me what I need to take away. THANKS I'm just trying to get it to run just to get it up on the trailer to get it to the dyno.

So when the car dies I just bounce from the suggested fuel change screen and the actual datalogged screen and just decrease it from there, Whats the NOrm on what the fuel index should read for an application like this, I'm around the 115-255 between the 800rpm and 1000rpm over to the 3th column.Spunkster wrote:negative numbers are suggesting that you remove fuel

I agree with ya Spunkster, I have to get it to run somewhat ok just enough to get it on a trailer and also to unload it, Then it's up to Auto Motion in Louisville Ky to get it right. I wish you guys had a descent map on the bin file from the get go.Spunkster wrote:You will just have to make changes to the overall fuel trim until you get it close to where you need it.
