Can I used Zex Nitrous kit with stage 2B?????

I have my Supercharged setup tuned with a stage 2B and I want to know if I can use my ZEX kit with it w/o have it tuned again? In other words, will the ZEX nitrous control Unit take care of adding more fuel and retarding ignition timing beyond what's programmed into the hondata chip? BTW I can't afford to trade my old stage 2B for the s200 right now, so that isn't an option for me.
