Low/High Boost Control Setup Question on K-Pro

I have a question regarding the setup of the Low/High Boost Control.

What is the best ECU connection to use? I am thinking about using the E22 Brake Switch (12V=on)? How do I hook up my switch if I am using the E22 pin? Does one side of my switch go to 12V and the other goes to the E22?

Also I assume that when I press my brake that it will also tell k-pro to go into high boost mode? Does anyone see a problem with this?

If I use the E22 brake switch pin does this mean that my brake lights(tail lights) will come on when I switch to high boost?

Would a better pin to use be the E29 Service connector?

Does anyone know which model 3BAR MAP sensor Hondata sells?

You must disconnect the harness from the ecu. You will need to run separate wires from the ecu to your own switch for High/low boost. The brake switch input has nothing to do with the brake lights.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up figuring it out when I was looking at the ECU pinouts. What I did was cut the wire and just have the input from the switch go directly to the ECU because I didnt want it to be active when I press on the brake pedal. So what is that impact to the brake wire that I cut? My brakes work and my brake lights work so what is the use of the original signal that went to the ECU?

it caused the idle to raise slightly to compensate for the added load of the brake lights.
