PRA ECU and Wideband Logging

Hallo,

i've read much but found no definitive answer. I know that the PRA ECU doesn't have a wideband O2 Sensor, but is there ANY way to datalog wideband O2 with the K-Manager with a PRA ECU?

i have also a wideband controller with a 0-5v output.

so:

- is there any way to run a wideband sensor on a PRA ECU?
or
- is there any way to datalog a 0-5v Voltage with the PRA ECU with K-Manager to feed a analog wideband signal into the ecu?

Hope someone can give a defintiv answer to this question, maybe with a hint how to hook up or where to look for a detailed description.

Thanks.

The PRA cannot drive a wideband. It does not have the circuitry.

What you could do is use a wideband with both wide and narrowband analog outputs. Connect the narrowband output to the stock o2 sensor input (for closed loop operation) and the wideband output to the ELD connection (for datalog/display). 3. profit.

or u can connect the wideband output to SO2 white/red wire in connector E, ive done this with my PRA ECU in the past with AEM wideband , so u can read the voltage of the SO2 sensor for data logging . it was very useful .

is there a way to use the 0-5v Datalogged input for a maptrace? or can i only log it over time in the datalog display?

Thanks

Under settings, wideband input, select 'use an external wideband input from the ELD input pin'.

I am having a little issue with logging the wideband through the ELD pin. I have the external ELD input selected and my a/f is reading perfectly fine on the display but it wont map fill the a/f on the tables... anybody have this issue or am I overlooking something???

It is not designed to do this. THis is normal operation. This feature only works with teh factory WIdeband with a PRB, PNF...etc.
