Fuel Problems

I put a 91' b16a in a '91 Civic DX Hatchback. I am getting nothing from the injectors. Fuel is in the fuel rail just wont spray. Anyone have any sugestions?

are the injectors known to be good? any CEL's??

sorry,
I have alrady tried different injectors and still nothing. The b16a is a integra engine. It has the injector resistor box, hasport wiring, and v-tec computer. Email me if this still isnt enough.

What we do to test if the injector is the culprit is to use a frequency counter in the injector wires and see if there is a signal(current) going to each injector. Or we use a noit light (sP?) to simulate the injectors opening and closing. Just like a test light but acts like a strobe light.
